Who are we?
We want to help non-native speakers to learn Dutch as a second language. This is also called NT2. We give lessons on A1-, A2- and B1- level from the European Language Levels.
Social Integration
It is the goal of Dutch Taalles to ensure that non-native speakers can make themselves understood in daily life. That means in both private (neighbours, shops, market, cafe, friends) and work or study situations.
With a broad range of language lessons, that is affordable for everyone, Dutch Taalles provides for the needs of social integration. This goal forms the guiding principle in everything that Dutch Taalles does: the development of the lessons, the organising of activities and the development of the students.
Financing and costs
Dutch Taalles works with driven, unpaid volunteers. But language lessons bring charges with them, and therefore an entry fee is requested plus a cost per lesson.
To keep the costs for the students as low as possible, Dutch Taalles will also submit requests for sponsorships, donations, etc. In this manner we hope to help as many people as possible.
Future
Dutch Taalles started in 2013. In the long term Dutch Taalles want to continue to give lessons and have good contacts with various (government) agencies and communities.
Dutch Taalles still expect to offer Dutch language lessons for non-native speakers. The core goal remains the same, that non-native speakers must feel comfortable and can develop themselves in the Nederlands.
